Chronic Pain
Definition constant pain, with sometimes relief to no relief.
I live in pain evey day of my life, and i try so hard not to let it get to me. I have my good days and i have my bad, and they're more good days then bad. BUT when having a bad day, i am in so much pain i cannot stand straight. I bear a scar on my body, something i find so cool that reminds me of the curse i carry. With pain comes misery and fatigue. I take naps, when i need too, and on my bad days misery looms by like a shadow.
Constant medication to relieve me of my pain, no narcotics just the daily dose of Advil to cover me. But no one will truley understand my pain i bear. I try not to boast too much but if people ask, then ill answer. I do not have a pain management problem i have a pain problem. I sleep to rest my pain, i sleep to sometimes escape my pain. Its my curse that i bear everyday. So to my dear and great friends do not question my pain, do not assume its nothing and that i will move on. Pain is my curse and i bear it everyday.
